What locations do you ship to?
We ship products anywhere in Canada. Unforuntately, we’re unable to offer international shipping at this time.
How long will my order take to reach me?
We don’t maintain any inventory – all orders are custom printed on-demand. Most orders will print and ship within 2-3 business days. Orders are delivered via courier (usually Purolator). When you place your order, you’ll be given an estimated delivery date and may be able to select alternate shipping speeds.
Where will my order ship from?
Orders are custom printed and shipped by our fulfillment partner. Most orders will ship from a local distribution hub within your province. In some cases, orders may ship from elsewhere in Canada. When you place your order, you’ll be given an estimated devliery date based on your address and the shipping location.
Why should I trust you with my credit card information?
In short – you shouldn’t! All payments are handled by our payment vendors, either Stripe or Paypal. We never even see your credit card information and we don’t have access to it.
Do you deliver to PO boxes?
At this time we’re unable to deliver to PO boxes.
What is your return policy?
All orders are custom printed and shipped on-demand. As a result, we’re unable to offer refunds except in exceptional circumstances. We want every customer to be a happy one. If you’re ever dissatisfied with your order, please contact us and we’ll work to make it right.
